About Agent Collections
CS2 agents are playable character models that replace the default player models in-game. Agent collections feature themed sets representing different factions, special forces units, and professional operatives. Each agent has unique appearance, voice lines, and backstory. Agents are available for both Counter-Terrorist and Terrorist sides, allowing players to customize their in-game appearance while maintaining team identity.
